1. What we collect

We collect the following. Where we do not collect something, we say so explicitly.

• Account data: only if you use the login feature — the email address and display name passed to us by the authentication provider. We never hold your password.
• Usage logs: access time, pages viewed, referrer, browser type, and approximate region derived from your IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to remember your language, measure traffic, and serve advertising.
• Correspondence: the email address and message body when you contact us.
• We do not collect medical information, procedure history, diagnoses, or patient photographs. We do not broker bookings or consultations.

2. How we use it

We use the data only for the purposes below.

• Rendering the site, switching languages, and keeping you signed in
• Improving review analysis and ranking quality, and countering spam or manipulation
• Serving advertising and measuring its performance
• Responding to enquiries and to correction or removal requests

3. Cookies and advertising

This site uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

4. Third-party processors

We use the services below, and data is transmitted to them in that scope. Their own policies govern their handling of it.

• Supabase (database and authentication; United States, Singapore and other regions)
• Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting, delivery, access logs)
• Google AdSense (advertising)
• Trip.com (affiliate links; once you follow a link, Trip.com's policy applies)

5. Disclosure to others

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not disclose it to third parties without your consent except where required by law. The transfers in section 4 are processing carried out on our behalf to operate the service, and do not constitute a sale.

6. Retention

Access logs are kept for up to 12 months. Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after a matter is closed. Account data is deleted when you close your account or ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to disclose, correct, delete, or stop processing the information we hold about you. We honour requests made under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, the Japanese APPI, and the Chinese PIPL alike.

8. About the clinic listings

Clinic records and quoted reviews on this site are drawn from public sources such as Google Maps. Representatives of a listed clinic can request a correction or removal through the same contact address.

9. Changes

We revise this policy as needed. Material changes are announced on this page with an updated revision date.
