Get in touch if a clinic’s address, hours, or medical staff details are wrong, or if you want an entry taken down. Naming the clinic and pointing at the specific field speeds up verification.
Everything we publish comes from public sources. We respond citing the source the entry was based on.
Personal data requests
You can ask us to disclose, correct, delete, or stop processing information we hold about you. See the privacy policy for detail. After identity verification we normally respond within 30 days.
Press and partnerships
Press enquiries reach us at the same address. We do not accept paid placement or partnerships that touch ranking positions or scores.
Response times
We usually reply within three business days. We cannot answer medical questions, give a diagnosis, or advise whether a procedure suits you — speak to a clinic directly for that.
