The doctor was incredibly caring and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure and explaining each step clearly. The whole consultation was conducted in English, and both the doctor and staff spoke English fluently, which made everything easy to understand and reassuring. Afterwards, I received an LDM treatment which was the perfect complement; soothing, refreshing, and left my skin feeling revitalized. I really appreciated the thoughtful care, professionalism, and clear communication from the whole team.
