Review summary

Reviews most often describe a clean setting, multilingual support, detailed consultation, and satisfaction after skin or lifting treatments. A recent negative review raised concerns about higher-priced recommendations and value, so pricing and treatment scope should be confirmed in advance.

I strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this clinic. My experience was extremely disappointing and felt very unprofessional. I booked a deep cleansing facial with acne extraction for my 14-year-old child. However, instead of respecting my request, the staff immediately tried to push very expensive procedures including RF microneedling, Pico laser, and Rejuran injections, with a total cost of around $3,000. I clearly explained that my child is only 14 years old and I was only interested in a basic facial and acne extraction. Acne at that age is completely normal. Despite this, they continued to push additional treatments such as chemical peeling and topical Rejuran for about $700. When I declined again, the staff appeared visibly unhappy and continued trying to pressure me into these treatments. When I finally said I would leave, they suddenly offered to do the basic facial and extraction for $200, which I accepted. Unfortunately, the service lasted only about 30 minutes, and when my child came out, the blackheads were still clearly visible on the face. When I asked what was done, my child said the staff only washed the face, extracted one pimple, and applied cream. For a $200 service, this was extremely disappointing. The experience felt more like aggressive upselling rather than genuine skincare service. I cannot recommend this place.

I really liked how friendly and professional everyone was! At the manager’s consultation, she helped me create a plan within the budget I said earlier. When I sat in the chair, the doctor introduced himself (some clinics doctors don’t!) explained to me his approach to filler and listened to me when I said I was nervous of migration or overfilling. He explained he will inject little by little until the results are satisfactory. He was very friendly and made jokes which made me feel at ease. At the end, he explained what he did and what he chose NOT to do. He didn’t use the full 1 cc because I would’ve looked overfilled, he didn’t inject in one area but injected around it so it would look more natural. I recommend this clinic for taking time with me, answering all my questions, and listening to the results I wanted!

I had a very good experience at Selena Clinic. The staff was friendly and professional, and the personal consultation made me feel well taken care of. Everything was clearly explained and the whole process was smooth and easy. The clinic has a calm, clean atmosphere, and the treatment itself was comfortable. I would definitely come back if needed.
