They do not speak English. It’s broken at best. I contacted them before coming to Korea to ask if they did full ablative co2 laser for skin resurfacing. Via chat they gave me the impression they did or could give me the results I was seeking for my skin resurfacing even when I asked again to clarify. The prices are cheaper but they do not listen to what you want. I was lucky my friend who speaks Korean accompanied me because they did not have a good enough grasp to explain nor discuss the treatments being offered. When I would discuss what I wanted, the “doctor” told me I wanted a “V “ shaped face which I did not want. His response was that “everyone wants that” & I don’t know what I wanted. I also asked about Botox and this “doctor” told me the results I wanted were impossible (eg opening up my eyes) but I do it all the time. This lack of basic knowledge made me walk out of this clinic immediately. On top of all this, the consultant was extremely rude. At one point he was drumming in fingers on his desk, impatient with having to discuss therapy and what I was seeking. It was like pulling teeth to get this person to explain what he was going to have me pay and then get done to my body. I do Not recommend this place if you need English only and if you want something different than the “standard”

By far THE BEST clinic experience I've had here in Seoul. The doctors speak English and if there was any struggle, they used papago translations and other resources. I do know they speak fluent Chinese because I could hear it while I was waiting. I got full face potenza, full face rejuran, under eye rejuran, and CO2 lasers to remove unwanted skin tags. Off the bat, the space is so nice and clean, definitely well maintained. They don't overbook themselves like a lot of clinics I've been in so I felt relaxed the whole time and didn't feel anxious or feel like I was crowded by people. It felt boutique style and personal. Not like a factory clinic at all. The funny thing is I went to a factory clinic before ha:ye and i was charged more. I appreciate that ha:ye clinic didn't charge extra for foreigners or anything shady like that. The doctors were gentle with me and really kept asking me if I was okay and kept telling me we could stop if I was in a lot of pain. I was but i just powered through it and they kept checking in on me anyway lol 10/10 experience and WILL be back again when I'm back in Seoul!
