I experienced significant soreness (similar to intense muscle soreness), swelling, tightness, and limited arm mobility. It was difficult to lift my arms high enough to wash my face or brush my hair at first. By around day 3–4, the pain became more manageable, although swelling and itching increased as healing progressed. I wore my compression garment consistently and followed post-op instructions carefully. By day 7, mobility improved gradually, but there was still visible swelling which I understand is completely normal at this stage. Recovery requires patience. For Complications & Support, I did not experience any major complications. I did have concerns about swelling and itching in the first few days, but the clinic responded quickly and reassured me that my symptoms were part of normal healing. Their responsiveness helped reduce anxiety during recovery.
