ShineBeam Clinic Hongdae

I booked a clinic appointment via WhatsApp, and it was easy. I had a skin analysis, and the specialist fully explained the results. We determined the treatments I needed—there were four procedures. But unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the results. One of the procedures was simple and common, yet even after I contacted them and told them I could see no difference, their response was not as fast as when booking the appointment. Also, there is no customer care like in other countries where I’ve received treatments, such as Turkey. There, clinics really ensure that the client is extremely satisfied—to the point that they host you, and may redo treatments if necessary. It is disappointing that I felt they were more interested in payment than in the clients and their care, even after treatment. There may well be better clinics—I don’t know—but this is my true experience
