From my very first inquiry, Kim, who was the managing director, has been incredibly attentive and prompt in all communications. He patiently answered all my questions, followed up regularly, and made the entire pre-surgery process seamless and stress-free. On the day of the procedure, I was warmly welcomed by Motion Clinic Team including Kim and Sunny. Their kindness and professionalism immediately put me at ease. Throughout the surgery, the team frequently checked on my comfort, and I felt reassured and well-cared for at every step. The procedure itself went very smoothly, with minimal pain and a high level of precision. I am truly grateful for the expertise and compassionate approach of everyone involved. I highly recommend Motion Clinic Gangnam to anyone considering a hair transplant. Thank you to Kim, Sunny and the entire team for making this experience so positive and reassuring!
