Source ↗The system here is a mess. I honestly don’t understand why they even have a reservation system — the waiting time is ridiculously long, and the staff’s attitude is terrible. I’ve never been to a dermatology clinic where a staff member laughs to themselves while applying numbing cream, or says “yeah” instead of “yes.” Foreigners, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The front desk staff giggle and whisper when they see foreign customers. Once, a Japanese patient who had already waited an hour after applying numbing cream was asked—through an interpreter—whether they could just come back another time. That says everything. This place is hopeless. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
