with sources* 분당서울대학교병원 경기남부권을 대표하는 보건복지부 지정을 받은 상급종합병원(3차 의료기관)이다. 2003년 개원 이후 중증질환 치료에 특화된 진료를 제공한다. 세계 병원 평가에서도 상위권에 위치한 우수한 병원이다. 1. 교통 접근성이 편해서 방문했어요. 저는 근처 지하철역에서 내려 버스를 타고 왔어요. 멀지 않아요. 상급병원이라 차가 많은데, 병원 내 교통 정리가 잘 되어 있어요. 2. 예약 유명한 의사 선생님을 만나려면, 몇 달 전에 미리 예약을 해야해요. 저는 2025년 10월에 예약해서 2026년 1월에 방문했어요. 무슨 서류 챙겨가야하는지 안내해줘서 편해요. (전화 예약말고 홈페이지로 예약하세요. 전화는 언제 받을지 아예 기약이 없어요.) 3. 진료 건물 내부는 넓어요. 까페도 있긴한데 사람 꽉 차 있어요. 진료 접수 직원들도 많아서, 그렇게 오래 기다리지 않아도 되요. 의뢰서나 CD 영상 등록하는거도 다 친절하게 알려줘요. 진료 대기중인 환자들이 많아도, 뭔가 시스템이 빠릿하게 굴러가요. 다른 상급병원보다 진료를 빨리 봤어요. 예약시간이 잘 지켜지는 느낌이에요. (원래 다녔었던 상급병원은 예약을 너무 많이 받더라구요. 예약시간에 맞춰 가도, 1시간 넘게 기다려야했었어요) 앞으로 대학병원은 여기로 다니려구요. 4. 의사 사실, 제가 만난 의사가 불친절해요. 근데 그냥 그러려니해요. 얼마나 많은 사람들을 진료할까 싶어서요. 5. 병원비 병원비는 뭐 많이 비싸다는 느낌은 없어요. 저는 외래라서 그랬을 수도 있구요. 키오스크가 여러개 있는데, 거기서 병원비를 결제할 수 있어요. 다들 건강하세요.
Source ↗I am sad to share this was the worst medical experience I ever had. I was in the ENT department. Hearing test technicians/nurses were professional, however the ENT doctor that I saw was extremely rude and unprofessional. He barely spent any time looking in my ears, and then prescribed me something I told him before that I had tried and didn't work. This substandard of care was absolutely shocking. He was extremely arrogant. He even told me that some doctors wouldn't even bother to treat my condition. I have seen 10 doctors about this, none have ever said anything to this effect.
