Since this was my first cosmetic procedure in Korea, I chose Poom Global Myeongdong, a large and reputable clinic. I told them my concerns, budget, and return flight time, and they immediately proposed an efficient plan. Also, during any painful procedures, they spoke to me kindly, allowing me to proceed at my own pace. I would definitely use their services again.

Treatment Details • Potenza (Celldiem) • Aqua Peel ⸻ Review of Beauty Treatment in Korea This was my first time receiving beauty treatment in Korea, and overall, it was a very reassuring clinic. The clinic was spacious and very clean, and they had excellent Japanese language support. ⸻ Rating Cleanliness: ★★★★★ Language Support: ★★★★★ Staff Service: ★★★☆☆ I was a little surprised by the number of male staff, but their service was polite and there were no problems. ⸻ Positive Points (Points that made me feel at ease) • Even without deciding on a treatment, they provided thorough counseling. • Smooth communication in Japanese. • The clinic was very clean. • The fees were clearly explained beforehand, and payment was made only after I was satisfied. What made me feel particularly at ease was: • They opened the Celldiem medication and Potenza needles in front of me. • They showed me the amount and contents to be used before the treatment. Also, the fact that the Celldiem treatment was performed by the clinic director gave me peace of mind. ⸻ Points of Concern - When wiping off the anesthetic cream, the pressure during the Aqua Peel treatment was too strong and painful (they adjusted the pressure when I seemed to be in pain). The friction was noticeable. - Although they said they used 7ml of Cell Diem, it wasn't all injected through the Potenza; the last part was applied directly by hand. - It was unclear how many ml were actually injected with the needle. ⸻ Flow of the Day 15:00 Appointment → Approximately 30-minute wait (received a complimentary face mask) → Treatment and changing completed around 17:30 Overall Impression Honestly, it's difficult to judge the technical skill based solely on this treatment, but I felt it was a clinic that could be used with confidence for basic treatments or for those new to cosmetic procedures. On the other hand, the pop-ups, gifts, seemingly excessive services, and the maintenance and cleaning of the large clinic gave the impression that considerable costs were involved, and I felt that these costs were included in the treatment fee. Therefore, I would like to try a clinic that is simpler, cuts down on unnecessary elements, and focuses costs on the treatment itself. Addendum Regarding the review submission, a staff member requested it on the spot. After I initially submitted a review with 4 stars, I was asked to change it to 5 stars. They also explained that it was okay to change the content or rating later. While there wasn't a particularly forceful atmosphere, some people might find the on-the-spot request for a review a little bothersome.

They offer complimentary drinks and photos, and many of the staff speak excellent Japanese, providing attentive service that made the treatment go smoothly without any problems! The consultation was thorough, and they listened carefully to all my concerns, allowing me to choose the course that best suited me! The place was clean, and the treatment was meticulous and excellent! I highly recommend trying it when you come to Korea!

I received a skin treatment and jawline Botox at Pum Global's Myeongdong branch. The clinic was very clean and tidy, and I was able to wait comfortably. The welcome drink was also luxurious, and I was delighted to feel welcomed right from the start. The Japanese interpreter at the reception desk was also very kind and explained the treatment details in detail, so I was able to receive the treatment with peace of mind. I think this is a clinic that even those new to cosmetic treatments in Korea can visit with confidence.
