If you absolutely must go, go to the director. *Never* go to the *Vice* Director. Even though the Vice Director told me my 14-year-old had gallbladder surgery and heart disease, he sat there like a god, forcibly pulling my baby's front paws, telling her to do things, and not moving an inch, expressionlessly telling her to bring him things. Is this a factory where things are handled and a money-making machine? I screamed at him to stop immediately, seeing how young he was. I was so shocked and angry I couldn't see. When you have a senior dog, you have to be patient and soothing. Isn't that the duty of a medical professional dealing with babies? Imagine taking your sick baby, whom you worked so hard to raise, and then being treated like an object and abused. I burst into tears when I saw this. Still, the director and the nurse were kind and explained things in depth.

I called for a consultation. The nurse seemed really angry and spoke in a blunt manner. She also said she'd charge 300,000 won for the initial consultation without doing anything, which surprised me a bit. So I just hung up.

My 13-year-old Pug came in with dry eye syndrome. I received treatment from Vice Director Jang Ye-jin, and she recommended only what was truly necessary, rather than the treatments requested by other hospitals. The Vice Director took good care of me, so I don't understand why the person below wrote that... Looking at their review history and spelling, I really can't tell. Anyway, my dog Mitsu is doing very well after receiving treatment from the Vice Director. 🙏🙏

The eye specialist comes highly recommended. My dog went suddenly blind and a couple vets were afraid to treat him so they sent us to the vet. He handles my dog's case with ease. The clinic is a bit far from my house, so getting there after work is a bit difficult for me.
