CHANGE Clinic

I was a patient of Dr. Jang Du-Yeol at Change Clinic for body procedures. Initially the care appeared professional, but over time I developed lumps and scarring that required additional consultations elsewhere. When I raised concerns, I felt they were not fully addressed, and follow-up support was limited. Other clinics I consulted suggested alternative techniques that might have reduced these outcomes. My experience did not align with the clinic’s overall presentation, and I am sharing this for informational purposes.

Got arm liposuction here 4 months ago, and I am absolutely unhappy with my results. Literally the day after surgery I noticed the vast difference in size between my arms and mentioned it to the doctor during checkup, he just brushed it off saying it’s just the swelling and it will go down. And so for the next few months, I’ll update them with pictures and each time the coordinator will tell me to focus on diet when I explained how uneven my arms are and how I’ve only lost less than 1.5 inches. Which was absolutely infuriating, if my arm responded to diets would I have spent my money and time to go get surgery to fix it? Point being at 4 months now, there is a difference in both arms with one being bigger than the other, there are fat pockets on my arms on one arm that are not on the other because the doctor did not evenly remove the fat. I’ll add that I’ve lost 15 lbs through diet and exercise since the surgery, and even now I’ve lost only 1.5 inches on my arms with the surgery, so did the surgery even make a difference? I also paid extra for arm tightening, and there was absolutely no tightening effect, that was clearly a waste. I wanted to trust this location as they were the only place I found in Seoul offering the skin tightening with lipo, but it ultimately gave me no results. Not to mention the appalling behavior of the coordinator, who would tell me to focus on diet, wait extra months etc when clearly there has been essentially no difference. I regret coming to this clinic, there are results and reviews online I’ve seen with people who had bigger arms to start with than me and yet after have smaller even better looking arms than I do. This clinic was a waste, so do your research before coming here because there are other clinics who offer greater results with better customer service as well.

韓国の友達がチェンジクリニックは韓国で人気の糸リフトを開発した院長がいるって言ってたので選びました🏥 正直糸リフトは痛いしすぐ取れるって聞いたことあるから最後まで受けるか悩んでました、、 でも院長がカウンセリングで悩みをしっかり聞いてくれて、私の顔に合った施術方法もわかりやすく教えてくれたので受けることにしました！ 痛みに弱いタイプなので怖かったのですが、施術中もずっと声かけてくれて、局所麻酔でも思ったより痛くなくて、すぐ終わってびっくりしました(笑) 実際、正面も横から見た時もフェイスラインが綺麗になっててほんまにうれしい（ ; ; ）♡ リジュランで肌の水分量が上がったのか肌の調子もめちゃくちゃいいです！今は韓国ではリジュランよりRe2Oが人気らしいから次はこっち受ける予定🫶🏻 通訳さんもカウンセリングから施術終わる最後まで付き添ってくれるので、全部確認しながら受けれるのもよかったです☺︎

院長先生のカウセも丁寧で、肌の乾燥からリジュランと水光注射を勧められました！ 施術中も日本語で大丈夫ですか？痛くないですか？と心配して下さったのが嬉しかったです🫶🏻 クリニックには日本人スタッフさんもいて、最後まで付き添ってくれて安心です。 その他スタッフさんも含めて施術や対応もとても丁寧で、痛みも麻酔クリームをしっかりと時間を取ってくれる為感じません🥰 施術後からお肌もツヤ感出てきて腫れも少なく、今の所満足度は高め✌️
