Edit: I have seen the answer the clinic gave me, however, I carefully considered this laser option that was given to me, because of the expensive prices and possible negative side effects. That is why I asked with details about the after care treatment and what I could do to advance the treatment. The person who attended me only said that I needed to use a cream that I should use on the first days, to slow down the swelling and that after the redness calmed down, I could stop using it. I did exactly that, and the cream was also quite expensive but I didn't want to risk anything. I followed the procedure and the redness went away after the first days as it was explained and I was looking forward to see the improvement of my skin. After that, my skin drastically got worse, getting more acne, more pores and pimples in places I didn't have acne before. The person who attended me even tolx me that she couldn't see any acne. But even so, she offered me this treatment, among others that were even more expensive saying that it would be very good for my skin. The complete opposite happened. It's the responsibility of the professional to guide the better procedure for the client, but also to draw the line when specific and expensive procedures are not needed and not the most optimal. Again, you guys replied, talking about the importance of after care treatment, but nobody explained it any further to me and only prescribed me an expensive cream for the first days, not anything further. I am very unhappy with my skin and really regret visiting you guys. I would not recommend it to anyone and I firmly stand with my 1 star review. Also, I find it very ironic about how you guys are shifting the blame and talking about the importance of the supposed "after care treatment", when you guys didn't even bother to give me the precise instructions for that. Shame on you guys, very, very disappointing.😐 --- I originally put a 5 star review but after 3 months after my procedure, I decided to firmly low it down to a 1 star. I did the acne and pore treatment with a laser. But it didnt improve my skin at all, in fact, I have been purging like crazy, with a LOT of pimples everywhere around my skin. Therr has been more scarring and there is so many new dark spots all over my face. The contrary effect that I was expecting. And it is still like this even after 3 months. So i dont recommend this place, maybe its only my experience that was horrible, but still would never go again to this place. 1 star

울쎄라 600샷과 프리미엄 아큐 15cc 시술을 받았습니다. 리프팅과 윤곽 개선을 동시에 하고 싶어서 선택했는데, 시술 직후부터 전체적인 얼굴 라인이 정돈된 느낌이 들었고, 특히 턱선과 볼 쪽 탄력이 확실히 좋아진 게 느껴졌어요. 시간이 지나면서 효과가 더 자연스럽게 올라온다고 해서 앞으로 변화가 더 기대됩니다. 병원에 들어서는 순간부터 내부가 정말 깔끔하고 쾌적해서 기분 좋게 시술을 받을 수 있었고, 대기 공간부터 시술실까지 전반적으로 관리가 잘 되어 있다는 인상을 받았습니다. 위생이나 동선 부분도 신경을 많이 쓴 게 느껴져서 안심하고 받을 수 있었어요. 무엇보다 인상 깊었던 건 직원분들의 친절함이었습니다. 상담 과정에서 제 얼굴 상태와 고민을 꼼꼼하게 들어주시고, 시술 전후 주의사항도 이해하기 쉽게 설명해 주셔서 불안함 없이 진행할 수 있었어요. 작은 부분까지 계속 체크해 주시고 배려해 주셔서 처음부터 끝까지 편안한 분위기였습니다. 시술 결과, 병원 환경, 직원분들의 응대까지 전반적으로 만족도가 높아서 앞으로도 리프팅이나 관리 시술은 이 병원에서 계속 받고 싶다는 생각이 들었어요. 주변에도 충분히 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다.
