If you get surgery here, expect zero post-op communication if you are an English speaker and depend on WhatsApp to speak to the clinic. Look elsewhere for better admin care especially if there are unexpected complications post op.
原文 ↗Very unpleasant experience dealing with the clinic. Contacted them via WhatsApp for DEL surgery together with my friend. We suggested to create a WhatsApp group chat for the communication which they agreed. Their response speed was acceptable at the start (at most 3 working days). However, after the gc was created, we literally have to chase them for a reply to put our finalise our appointment with them (6 days including weekends). Reason for their late reply is the PIC is away for 3 weeks, how is that reasonable? No coverage? But ok never mind, since they replied and confirmed our appointment, we didn’t pursue the matter and went ahead with them. About one month prior to our appointment, the clinic decided to ghost us entirely. We reached out in 23 Oct and still can’t get a respond in the gc today (4 Nov). Decided to individually WhatsApp them and their reply was “which channel is this?” Like HELLO? did you really forgot about the gc we created? I took a screen shot of the chat to send the clinic (sent on 30 Aug). No reply till today 4 Nov. We have decided to go with another clinic. Reach out to them at your own risk. They may ghost you whenever they feel like it. Being accountable is likely their least priority
原文 ↗쌍꺼풀이 원래 얇게 눈뜨면 안보일정도로 있었는데 점점 사라지는것같아서 쌍꺼풀 상담을 가기로 했어요! 총 5곳을 상담을 다녔는데 제이티성형외과가 가장 꼼꼼하게 봐주셨어요. 저는 자연유착만 생각하고 간거라 다른 병원에서는 앞트임을 거의 필수라고 안하면 안되는 식으로 상담받았는데 제이티성형외과에서는 지금 안해도 괜찮고 나중에 필요할때 해주시면 된다고 해서 좋았네요. 저는 9mm 인아웃라인으로 잡았어요. 처음 성형하고 나왔을때 멍이랑 붓기가 없어서 친구들이 놀라워했고 큰 붓기들도 금방빠졌어요. 수술만 하고 끝이 아니라 수술 후 경과도 잘 봐주셔서 좋았습니다!
原文 ↗절개 쌍수 약 4달차 후기 제이티 성형외과에서 절개 쌍수 받은지 3달하고 보름정도 지낫어요! 점점 붓기도 많이 빠지고 자리도 엄청 자연스럽게 잡혀서 주변에서도 엄청 병원정보 물어봅니다 ㅎㅎ 현재는 눈을 감았을대 약간의 붉은 절개라인이 보이는것 말고는 일상생활할때 불편함은 전혀 없어요! 아주 대 만족입니다~
