This was my first cosmetic procedure and I had an overall wonderful experience. I had liposuction done on my double chin and a neck lift (Final Price: 13,900,000 KRW). I was initially extremely nervous, but Joanne walked me through what would happen during the procedure which eased my fears. Dr. Seogil Choi took a sonogram to assess what level of liposuction I would require. Another interpreter, Sarah, was so sweet and also eased my concerns about the procedure. I was taught the next day how to do my post-procedure care, and they assisted with wound care. They provide a pamphlet with a timeline for how long you’ll wear your head dressing, as well with instructions on caring for your incision site. I also received hyperbaric chamber care to assist with the healing process. I was overall extremely impressed and satisfied with the results of the procedure. I came here twice for two separate procedures because they did such a great job the first time. Both experiences were excellent. I was warmly welcomed by the English translators who helped me every step of the way and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The aftercare was also very reassuring. They checked in, answered all of my questions during the day after my procedure, and made sure everything was okay. I really appreciated how attentive and supportive the team was. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely come back here again for other work in the future.
