妹がsnsを見て予約をしてくれました。 院内は清潔感があり綺麗でした。 平日に行ったのもあり待ち時間はほぼゼロでした。 価格は初来店イベントや月毎のイベントがあったりでかなりお得に施術ができました。 カウンセリングの先生、通訳してくれるスタッフさんがとにかく良い方で相談もしやすくとてもスムーズでした。 施術も満足です。 ありがとうございました♪

I am writing this review because I had a hard time deciding which clinic to choose in South Korea. After a lot of research, I finally chose Dr. Evers Gangnam Branch. - Initial Contact - I contacted the clinic via WhatsApp. The first time, I only received an automatic reply saying they would answer during opening hours, but I never got a response. I had to follow up myself, which worried me since other clinics seemed more responsive. After that, however, they always replied and answered all of my questions and I booked an appointment. - Reception and Waiting - A man speaking English welcomed me, asked for my passport, and directed me to the waiting area. It was 11 a.m. and there were already 7 other clients. After about 15 minutes, staff came to offer a skincare mask as a gift to apologize for the wait, a gesture I appreciated. In total, I waited about 30 minutes before being seen. - Consultation - I met with a consultant who spoke English. I explained the treatments I wanted, and changed some of them compared to my initial reservation. At one point, she recommended a different skin booster, saying it would be more suitable for my skin. Since I wasn’t familiar with that product and noticed the product page was already displayed on her screen, I wondered if it was being promoted. I decided to stick with my original choice, and she did not insist at all. I did not feel any sales pressure. - Prices and Billing - Some treatments were cheaper than I expected. Others were slightly more expensive because one promotion shown on their website had not been applied. However, another promotion for a different treatment was correctly applied. I don’t believe it was intentional, but you need to pay attention. - Treatments - Once payment was complete, I was directed to the floor below. I was taken care of immediately. I was asked to change into a strapless gown and kimono. Lockers with keys were available for personal belongings. The treatment area consists of several cubicles next to each other, separated by curtains. It feels a bit lacking in privacy, but everything was clean and organized. There was relaxing music playing, though you can still hear staff moving around and other clients. A practitioner cleaned my face and applied a numbing cream. She did not speak English and gave no explanation, but everything went smoothly. After 10–15 minutes, she removed the cream and a doctor came in to perform the laser and injections. The doctor spoke limited English but was very kind and attentive: She showed me all products before opening and preparing them. For Botox, she brought in an additional vial and showed it to me before drawing from it. I was given the official Rejuran paperwork for the product that was injected. During treatment, she kept informing me: which laser felt hot, which injection might be painful, and checked if I was okay. Afterward, the same practitioner returned to complete the facial treatments: cooling device massage, calming mask… I think I may also have had the LED mask at the same time as the cooling mask, but I’m not certain. That’s the only doubt I had. One small concern: I know its usually advised not to massage or lie down after Botox injections. Since I received a cooling massage and a calming mask right after, I was a little worried. I couldn’t ask her about it because she didn’t speak English, but I assume (and hope) they know what they are doing. If I don’t update this review later, it means everything went fine afterward. Overall, I am very satisfied with the treatments I received. The clinic is professional, foreigner-friendly, and offers good value compared to other clinics in Seoul (many of which, based on reviews, have the same drawbacks while being much more expensive).

3回目の訪問です。 クリニックはいつも清潔感があり、日本人対応もされているので、カウンセリングなどは心配なく受けれます。 施術では日本語は通じないので不安があれば通訳の方を呼べば対応してくださいます。 価格は日本よりも断然お得です！ただイベントなどは1回しか利用できないので、カウンセリング時に価格や利用できるイベントを確認すれば、お得に案内もしてくださいます。ぜひ利用してみてください。
