This was my first time doing any laser treatment. The beginning was with a consultant - well described and clear pricing. Remember that after January 2026, they now add 10% to the advertised price. I took advantage of their package pricing for eyes (thermage & ultherapy) and lifting (ultherapy and onda). They included skin analysis (usually a separate add-on), which only partly worked for me - the front desk person who took the measurements said I couldn't do the 2nd half of the analysis because I have darker skin - made me wait 10 minutes bc of the language barrier and the English speaking consultant clarified that it was because of my dry skin. I guess it's both? Wish that was better handled. The results is also just a paper with graphs - no doctor review of the pictures. Since I was asking questions, it prompted the consultant to review the graphs with me and recommended ways to protect my skin. Disappointed there's no review of the pictures taken or a way to get a copy of them. The procedure is done by the doctors. Showed me all of the counts and opened the box for the 1st tip used (I didn't ask to see the other 3). Afterward, they included a HA mask and red light for 10 minutes. Overall, this place is for someone who knows what they want already. Excited to see the effect afterward.

Clean and efficient. Their director came to speak to me and make recommendations. The consultant was very pleasant and offered a few nice upgrades.

The place is so nice and clean. Elson was great on helping us decide what was better for us. They have promotions that change every month. Great service and great prices. Will be back again, this was my second time here.
