Before my visit, I informed the clinic in advance about the treatments I was interested in, but upon arrival I was told that one of them was not possible, without a clear explanation. I also did not receive a prior consultation to evaluate which treatments would be most suitable for my skin’s needs, something I especially expected since it was my first time visiting an aesthetic clinic. In the end, they proceeded directly with one of the treatments I had previously mentioned. Before the procedure, you can store your belongings in a locker and wash your face using the products provided by the clinic. During the treatment, the staff were professional and attentive, regularly checking to make sure I felt comfortable. The procedure was quick and virtually painless, and afterward I was given clear aftercare instructions. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and organized, with no long waiting times. After the treatment, they provide hair dryers and brushes so you can get ready, which is a practical detail. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, although I would have appreciated a more personalized approach.
