The treatment was ok, I chose a simple facial and it was as expected. Though the whole experience did not feel comfortable. I had to talk to a consultant who had to recommend the treatments, that felt really artificial. I felt that she did not listen and just talked out of a script. On top, it felt like I was totally unimportant when I said that I just wanted a simple treatment just to try the Korean k-beauty experience. Choose somewhere else.

Before traveling to Korea, I contacted the clinic regarding a treatment for dark circles and a basic facial cleansing. They recommended Juvelook for the dark circles and an aqua peel for the face. The prices seemed reasonable. However, once I arrived at the clinic, the person handling the billing told me those treatments weren’t suitable. Instead, she suggested Rejune for the dark circles, another treatment for cleansing, one for hydration, and then microneedling with a skin booster. She assured me I would see results within 2 to 4 weeks. But the prices were much higher than what I had been told before coming to Korea. At no point did they mention that more than one session would be necessary to see results. When I contacted them later to say I hadn’t seen any improvement at all, they claimed they had informed me about the need for multiple sessions — which is completely false. I don’t live in Korea, and I would never have paid 700 euros for a single session knowing it wouldn’t be effective. I’m not stupid. Since then, they’ve been ignoring my messages on WhatsApp. I truly feel they took advantage of me as a foreigner, trying to sell more expensive treatments without being honest. I deeply regret this experience. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 明洞で本気でおすすめしたいクリニックです！ 明洞エリアで一番評価が良かったので初めて利用しましたが、結論から言って「ここを選んで大正解」でした。 当日予約にも関わらず、とても丁寧に対応してくださり、最初から安心感がありました。 自分で予約していた施術がありましたが、スタッフの方が肌状態をしっかり見たうえで「今やるべき施術」「今はやらなくていい施術」をはっきり説明してくださり、無理な押し売りも一切なく、信頼してお任せできました。 当初の予算よりは少し上がりましたが、それ以上の満足度で、むしろ安く感じるレベルです。 スタッフの皆さんもとてもテキパキしていて、他の美容クリニックでは2時間以上かかることが多いところを、約1時間半でスムーズに終了⏳ 久しぶりのリジュランはやはり痛みはありますが… 注射がとても丁寧で、以前受けたクリニックよりも断然綺麗に入れてもらえました。仕上がりも大満足です。 すでに「次も絶対ここに来よう」と決めています。 1週間後の肌の変化が今から本当に楽しみです！
