I selected this clinic prior to my wedding with the specific goal of achieving a softer, fuller, and more harmonious facial appearance. During consultation, I expressed clearly that I did not want additional contouring or hollowing. My goal was subtle restoration of volume and a youthful “baby face” effect. The treatment plan implemented did not align with those stated goals. The injection technique felt rapid and forceful, with limited real-time symmetry assessment. Post-procedure, I developed increased midface hollowing and visible asymmetry under the eyes. Instead of balanced volume restoration, the result emphasized contour in a way that appeared more skeletal than intended. In addition, I experienced: • pronounced midface hollowing that was not present before • visible infraorbital asymmetry • uneven swelling patterns that altered facial balance • prolonged edema beyond the expected recovery window discussed • persistent tenderness and pressure in treated areas • textural irregularities and uneven surface contour • a tightened, drawn appearance inconsistent with volume restoration I also have concerns regarding treatment sequencing. Adequate healing time between dissolving filler and administering additional procedures is medically important to allow tissue stabilization and inflammatory resolution. I did not feel that sufficient time or explanation was provided regarding this process. Communication throughout treatment felt procedural rather than individualized. Risks, staging, and tissue response timelines were not clearly outlined in a way that helped me understand what to expect physiologically. At my follow-up appointment, after expressing concerns about asymmetry and hollowing, the doctor exited the room without offering reassurance, adjustment planning, or a clear resolution pathway. That interaction was particularly distressing given the timing before a major life event. This review reflects my personal experience and outcome. I encourage prospective patients to ensure that aesthetic goals, healing timelines, and contingency plans are thoroughly clarified prior to treatment. I traveled to Seoul with my sister and a friend specifically for advanced skincare treatments tailored to our individual concerns. Given the sheer number of clinics, treatment options, and the language barrier, the process initially felt overwhelming. Finding Circle Clinic — and especially Estelle, their English-speaking consultant — completely changed the experience. Estelle was phenomenal: patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and thoughtful in helping each of us build a personalized treatment plan that actually made sense for our skin and goals. From the initial consultation through treatment and post-care, everything was seamless and exceptionally well run. Dr. Suh is truly outstanding. She speaks English well, is pragmatic and deeply knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure we were comfortable, informed, and happy at every step — from the plan itself to the treatments and results. While the pricing is more premium than some other clinics in Seoul, it was absolutely worth it. Even at that level, it was still less than comparable care in the U.S., especially considering the highly customized plans, access to treatments not available in the U.S., and the overall level of care and attention. I couldn’t recommend Cheongdam CiRCLE Clinic more highly.
