여자 원장님 퇴사로 여성 제모 시술이 4회차에서 중단되어 환불 요청했습니다. 환불방식, 지급시기 등을 안내하지 않아 고객이 전전긍긍하게 되는 아이러니한 상황입니다. 전화할 때마다 직원의 말이 바뀌고, 이전 통화내용이 공유되지 않아 매번 처음부터 설명해야 해요. 시술 중단 이후에도 내방 안내 문자가 계속 왔고, 유선으로 확인하다 보니 계좌번호 접수가 누락된 사실을 알게 됐어요. 병원에서 신분증, 계좌번호 등을 물어볼 예정이라 말하고 또 연락두절됐네요. 병원의 책임감 없는 대처와 미흡한 일처리 방식에 화가 나며, 11월 내로 환불이 진행되지 않으면 소비자보호원에 신고할 예정입니다. 📌 Foreign customers, please read before visiting. Due to the resignation of the doctor in charge, my hair removal treatment was stopped after the 4th session, and I requested a refund. However, there was no clear guidance on the refund process or timeline. Every time I called, I received different answers from different staff, and I had to explain the entire situation from the beginning each time. Even after the treatment had been discontinued, booking reminder messages continued to be sent. Later, I was told that the refund would be processed via bank transfer, and only then did I find out that my account information had never been recorded. I am currently waiting for further contact from the clinic. If the refund is not completed within November, I will file a report with the Consumer Protection Agency.

This is my second time to the clinic and I really enjoyed the services here. There is a consultation with an English translator and Jeanie will come to the treatment areas as well for questions and to explain other parts of the procedure. This time I got the October promo for ultherapy prime and onda lifting which really made a difference right away and had minimal redness after. I tried the neck filler and that did cause some bruising however they numbed me for 1 hour so 4/10 pain and the new prime procedure 5/10 Onda has a burning sensation and would rate 6.5 out of 10 pain. Overall I like their transparent pricing and for all the procedures plus a aquapeel facial it took about 3.5 hours from door to door. They give you after care instructions and a prescription for a local pharmacy. The doctor could tell which side of my face had more sagging and concentrated on those areas! I hope that the staff and clinic can get more time off for all the great work they do.

I recently visited VS Line Clinic for some beauty treatments (Rejuran Skin Booster) and I was extremely pleased with the results! I always has been fearful about getting such procedures but Minnie was extremely helpful during consultation. She assured me and ensured that I understood the different skin boosters available and gave me a recommendation most suitable to my skin. My friends and family have already mentioned about a noticeable difference in my skin! I definitely see myself going back for more treatments :)

It was my first time at VS Line Clinic and I am so glad I did proper research beforehand because I absolutely did choose the right clinic. From the welcoming, to the consultation and than to the treatments- everything was perfect. My assigned Beauty Beauty Expert was very helpful in confirming my decision about what treatments to choose. I never felt pressured into anything which makes VS Line really stand out. I did asked for Dr. Jung to perform my treatments and I am glad I did, she is extremely knowledgeable in her field and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Special thanks to my translator Jeanie who was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience even better 🩷 Absolutely recommend VS Line Clinic and will definitely come back when visiting Seoul the next time.
